Governance

We are governed by a voluntary Board of Management and is also regulated by the Care Inspectorate.

Our voluntary Board works with our management team and staff to ensure LinkLivings' effective operation. It is responsible for setting strategies and policies, managing finances and risks and monitoring the performance and quality of LinkLiving's services.

The Care Inspectorate, the independent scrutiny and improvement body for care services in Scotland, makes sure we are meeting the right standards of care.

Set up by Scottish Government, and accountable to ministers, it’s the Care Inspectorate's job to assure and protect everyone that uses our services. It works to make sure that everyone gets safe, high quality care that meets their needs.

LinkLiving puts people at the centre of all they do and have well established service user involvement processes. People supported have opportunities to share their views about all aspects of the service. Their views and ideas are used to make improvements.
