Service user involvement

We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support and service user involvement plays a vital role in helping us achieve this. 

We encourage the people we work with to get involved in our recruitment and interviewing process, organising staff training sessions and arranging social events and groups. 

By getting involved service users get the chance to meet new people, learn new skills and use existing skills.
