What's the role?

As Head of Operations you will join us at an exciting point in the organisation's strategic direction. As an exemplar leader you will work closely with our Director of LinkLiving and provide sound management support to the Service Delivery Managers. You will combine your extensive knowledge of health and social care practice and processes with business acumen to ensure that services deliver effective outcomes within a sound financial framework which enables growth and development whilst meeting National Care Standards. 

What you will need

- You will be educated to degree level and qualified to SVQ Level 4 Practice Award and Leadership Award as recognised by SSSC
- A proven track record of working within the social care sector, ideally coupled with knowledge of social enterprise, employability initiatives and volunteering
- Excellent ability to manage resources and performance effectively and provide strategic direction for delivery and developing of services.

Our impressive remuneration package includes a salary of £40,000 - £45,000, access to a ‘defined contribution’ pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, healthcare cash plan and car allowance.

This post is subject to Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme registration. Should you be successful in securing a post with Link it will be expected that you will meet the registration cost.
