Self-help coaching service
LinkLiving has developed a self-help coaching service which uses a Coginitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based approach to support people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems such as stress, anxiety and depression.
It is an evidence based approach which helps people to identify what is going wrong in their lives and how to make positive changes.
Set up in partnership with NHS Fife, our self help coaches are experienced and trained practitioners who are supervised by a clinical psychologist.
